Quiltfest 2010

Quilting enthusiasts, come view a garden of beautiful hand-made quilts at Quiltfest 2010!  Quilts of all types will be displayed in both indoor and outdoor garden party settings, and a noon lunch featuring fresh strawberry shortcake will be served in a quilt-enclosed outdoor dining area.  Demonstrations of quilting techniques will be presented throughout the day.  Quiltfest 2010 is being held in conjunction with Freeman Academy's Ribs at the Ranch -- an outdoor evening event featuring a BBQ cook-off, musical entertainment, a car show, a tractor drive, kids activities, homemade ice-cream and 1919 keg root beer.  Serving is from 4:30 - 9:00 p.m.  Plan now to join us for a full day of great quilts, great food, and lots of fun!
