This year Freeman Academy is returning two
senior letter winners, Ethan Schmeichel and
Jarrod Preheim. Schmeichel has qualified for the state tournament the past three years and Preheim the past two. Both of them will be looking to advance to state again this year. With the help of Adam Unruh, a freshman, there is an opportunity  of getting the team qualified. For the junior varsity team Ben Carlson, Calvin Jansen, and Chelsea Wentz will be golfing. Steve Schmeichel is the head coach again this year, assisted by Barry Preheim.
