Dennis Schrock

Dennis Schrock is a graduate of Goshen College (BSEd) and Indiana University (MSEd). He and his wife, Marcia, have two children and two grandchildren. Jenni is married to John Garner and has a son, Asa. The Garners reside in Newton, KS. Jeremy is married to Amanda (Wollman) and has a daughter, Ellie. They live in Freeman.

Mr. Schrock is teaching in his 36th year, all in Mennonite schools. In addition to 19 years at Freeman Academy, he has taught at Clinton Christian School near Goshen, IN, and at Iowa Mennonite School near Kalona, IA. Marcia and Dennis attend the Hutterthal Mennonite Church where he serves as a deacon and Sunday school teacher. For relaxation, Dennis plays golf and rides a recumbent tricycle. He dabbles at writing with a monthly column in the local weekly, The Freeman Courier. He also lists reading, crosswords puzzles and learning as hobbies.
